Karimabad. The Inn
is situated on a
sloping hill of 6
acres, facing the
valley. While
sitting in its
verandas one can see
Ulter peak (7510 mtr.),
lady finger and
famous Baltit Fort
(770 years old) on
its right and on its
left the Mount
Rakaposhi, Diran
peak, Nagar valley
and the Hunza river.
Behind the hotel the
historical Samarqand
Cohal (water channel
200 years old and 10
kilometer long)
running with
ice-cold glacier
water, with poplar
trees lining the
channel.
