station in Pakistan.
It is located 32 km
from Mingora the
capital of Swat
Valley. You have to
take a right turn
from the road that
leads to Bahrain &
Kalam from Mingora.
There is a small
bazaar and many
hotels. PTDC motel
is the best place to
stay in Miandam. It
has beautiful
valleys and streams.
There is an old shop
in the main bazaar
where an 80 year old
man sells ancient
coins that he claim
are 2000 to 3000
years old. He also
has a collection of
hundreds of coins
from the British Raj
period in Indo Pak
